Warranty and Repairs

OzoDry might not need to be returned, so first go to our troubleshooting page!

Your OzoDry comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase/receipt.

If your OzoDry unit is defective within the one year warranty period, you can send it back to us for inspection, free of charge. Depending on the problem, your unit will be repaired or we will send you a new device. If you've lost the warranty car provided, view and fill out the warranty card provided with your user manual.

The warranty does not apply to damage on the outside of the unit or damage because of wrongful usage, accidents, and/or repairs or modifications made by non OzoDry repairers.

If your OzoDry unit is defective outside the one year warranty period, please send an e-mail to info@ozo-dry.com. You will receive the return instructions when speaking with customer support. The cost of repairs for your OzoDry unit when the warranty has expired is $75.00. After the repairs, the replacement parts have a 6 month warranty.
